I had several goals to achieve in 2011 but only successfully completed one! This year, things have to be different, my time management, friendships and stress level has to change and it all starts with me. Today I made my first change, instead of cooking every night I told my husband on two nights a week he will have to cook. This one change is already reducing my stress level.
